2. Change fuel: Choose diesel fuel with a suitable temperature 3 to 5 ℃ lower than the local minimum temperature to ensure fuel fluidity in low-temperature environments.
3. Preheating: Before starting, use hot water or steam to preheat the engine to above 30-40 ℃ to ensure that the air in the cylinder reaches the diesel self ignition temperature.
4. Check the cooling system: After each day's work, the cooling water in the cooling system should be drained to prevent freezing. If antifreeze is used, there is no need to release cooling water.
5. Insulation measures: For outdoor equipment and pipelines, insulation materials such as insulation cotton and grass cotton should be covered to prevent cold air from entering the computer room.
6. Check the battery: In winter, the battery is prone to power loss and needs to be regularly checked and charged to ensure that the generator set can be started smoothly when needed.
7. Regular maintenance: Regularly check the lubrication system of the generator, replace the winter specific oil, and ensure that the generator operates normally in low temperature environments.
