1. Check the battery voltage and oil circuit: Before starting the generator, ensure that the battery voltage is normal and the oil circuit is unobstructed. If the startup is unsuccessful, wait for about 20 seconds and try again. If multiple startups are unsuccessful, check for factors such as battery voltage or oil circuit faults.
2. Observe the oil pressure: When starting, observe the oil pressure. If the oil pressure is not displayed or is very low, immediately stop and check.
3. Check the parameters of the control box module: After the unit is started, check the various parameters of the control box module, such as oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc., to ensure that they are within the specified range, and record them every hour.
4. Idle time: After the unit is started, the idle time is generally 3-5 minutes. The idle time should not be too long, otherwise it may burn out the relevant components of the generator.
5. Check for leakage and fastening: Check for leakage in the oil, water, and electrical systems of the unit, as well as the fastening of each connection to ensure no looseness or severe vibration.
6. Observe the vibration and protection devices of the unit: Check the vibration condition of the unit to ensure that there are no three leaks (oil leakage, water leakage, electric leakage) or other faults, and observe whether various protection and monitoring devices are normal.
7. Overloading operation is prohibited: Overloading operation is strictly prohibited during unit operation to prevent damage to the unit.
8. Automatic start preparation: In fully automatic operation, the power switch should be turned on, the "manual/automatic" switch should be set to "automatic (electric)" mode, and the "AUTO" button on the controller should be pressed to enter the automatic start preparation state of the unit. When the mains power is lost, the unit will start immediately.
9. Manual operation process: In manual operation, after turning on the power switch, place the "manual/automatic" switch in the "manual" position, and press the "Manuai" and "Start" buttons on the display screen to start the generator set. After the voltage and frequency are normal, use the manual handle to switch the ATS to the power generation side, and the electrical energy can be sent to the energy storage equipment. To stop the machine, press the "emergency stop" button to complete the shutdown operation.
