1. Understanding equipment characteristics: Before flushing the sealing oil of the generator, it is necessary to first understand the characteristics of each component equipment in the system. Some devices can directly accept flushing, while others cannot. For example, the bearing seat of the generator cannot be flushed, so before flushing, it is necessary to short-circuit the lubricating pressure oil and lubricating oil on the empty side of the bearing seat, and use relevant equipment to guide them into the main oil tank.
2. Short circuit oil pipeline: Short circuit the hydrogen side inlet oil and hydrogen side return oil of the generator sealing oil, then flush the hydrogen side oil pipeline and introduce the return oil into the hydrogen side sealing oil tank.
3. Handling temporary pipelines: During the flushing process, the temporarily added oil pipes require special handling. Install a throttle release valve at its lowest point to ensure that the oil in the temporary pipe is promptly drained after flushing is completed, making the entire process safer and more orderly.
4. Check the operation of the fan: Ensure the normal use of the main oil tank exhaust fan and hydrogen exhaust fan, and conduct testing and inspection to see if they can operate normally, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the flushing process.
5. Dismantle the filtering device: Ensure that the filter mesh and filter element of the sealed oil container device are removed, and these devices do not require flushing. Removing them can improve the efficiency of the flushing process.
6. Check the quality of lubricating oil: Ensure the quality of the lubricating oil products used for flushing. Only qualified lubricating oil can ensure good flushing effect.
