2. Prevent oil leakage: Check and repair the oil leakage problem of the machine by coating the gasket with valve paint, grinding it flat on a glass plate, aligning the oil pipe joint, and adding a diesel recovery device to allow the return oil to flow into the fuel tank.
3. Increase the cooling water temperature: If the cooling water temperature is too low, it will cause incomplete combustion of diesel and increase fuel consumption. Raising the water temperature can promote more complete combustion of diesel, reduce movement resistance, and achieve fuel efficiency.
4. Appropriately increase the pulley: When the diesel generator is running at a reduced speed, increasing the pulley can increase the water pump speed, flow rate, and head to achieve energy-saving goals.
5. Purification of fuel: Before use, let the diesel settle for 2-4 days and filter impurities with a filter or silk cloth to ensure smooth operation of the fuel system.
